Life membership is available for medical and paramedical professionals with a special interest in Inflammatory bowel disease.

• Reduced registration fee for the biennial CCF (India) Congress
• Membership login to www.ccfindia.org
• Access to guidelines made by CCF (India) and annual learning including e-Courses and e-Library
• E-Newsletter on all CCF (India) activities and latest news on IBD
• Educational and networking activities for graduates, fellows, counsellors and nurses
• Eligibility to participate in Guidelines, CCF (India) Fellowships, Grants and Travel Awards
• Part of other initiatives of CCF (India) which will be launched soon

Following professions may register for this membership type:

Gastroenterologist, Physician, GI surgeon, Surgeon, Clinical researcher, Fellow/DM/DNB Trainee, Paediatrician, Pathologist, Radiologist, Microbiologist, Scientist, Dietician, IBD nurse, IBD counsellor and other allied professions.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

• Deposit the membership fee in CCF(I) account by Net banking / RTGS.
• Fill in our online registration form, upload your picture & CV (optional) and do fill in the transaction no / UTN no in the space provided.
• We shall revert with your membership details.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION:

• Download the membership form from our website.
• Fill in the desired information and affix a passport sized picture of yours
• Return the duly filled membership form along with the cheque / DD ( UTN no. to be mentioned on the form in case fee has been transferred by RTGS , along with the date of transfer ) at the undermentioned address.
